Our salesman, Zach was a class act. Very knowledgeable and honest, which is truly appreciated. Sales manager was nice to work with - downplayed some vehicle body scratches but in the en Very knowledgeable and honest, which is truly appreciated. Sales manager was nice to work with - downplayed some vehicle body scratches but in the end, we were able to compromise and get them fixed as part of the purchase agreement. The vehicle we purchased had 5k miles on it. Within 24 hours of purchase, we were at a dealership due to loud noise when traveling fast. Although there is warranty coverage, it is still very frustrating to have a major transfer case issue on a new purchase. Finance officer was great! Very smooth signing process. We weren’t pressured. It was to the point. There was added sprays that weren’t discussed that we got removed and it saved over 20.00/mth. We did not ask for that to be added into purchase price so that was poor. But doesn’t reflect the positive experience! Lastly, we purchased the vehicle and when driving off the lot, the vehicle only had 1/4 tank of gas. We traded in our vehicle with a full tank of gas, and all other vehicle purchases have ensured a full tank of gas when delivered. Overall, good experience, but the minor details lacked which in the end, mean a lot to a buyer. More
