They got the job done however The deal was that the truck I purchased would have a fresh oil change . Upon delivery I noticed that it was 500 miles away from needing the oil changed . Also the business manager did everything possible to convince me to accept loan terms other than what I had requested. Ultimately I purchased the truck however I live out of state and have not received my registration and tags yet. So whether he got that part right remains to be seen . My only issue is timing. I had a battery light which indicated a possible problem with the alternator. When I called the first appointment was 2 weeks out. When I asked about driving it I was told to charge the battery at night. The next day the car died in traffic & had to be towed to the dealer. They did the work in a reasonable amount of time once it was there, but had they paid a little more attention when I first called it would have saved a great deal of frustration. More
