Oil leak after oil change Very very happy with the service from Volkswagen of Lake Charles !!! I got my oil changed and then had a leak and had to get my car towed by Volkswa Very very happy with the service from Volkswagen of Lake Charles !!! I got my oil changed and then had a leak and had to get my car towed by Volkswagen Road Assistance to Lake Charles. I live in Alexandria so I am just happy it is fixed . The Service Advisor , Jamie , is always so friendly and Gerald , the nice man who works on my vehicle is very friendly and kind. Therefore, I c I puchased VW 2018 Tiguan SE from Kevin & Quintin of VW of Lake Charles. He was so kind, friendly and didn't expedite and pressure me. Therefore, I could buy my car very compotable and after looking deeply and detail. I guess It was a good deal for each others. Car performance is good as well so far. But fuel economy of 2018 Tiguan looks like lower than my expectation. I need to look again what was fuel economy as specification. More
