Ruben took over my request from young Adrain who had a previous customer walk back in to purchase the vehicle they had driven earlier. Ruben jumped right in, he lead me to the car that I was interested in previous customer walk back in to purchase the vehicle they had driven earlier. Ruben jumped right in, he lead me to the car that I was interested in. He showed me the features and let me play with buttons, he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Ruben was kind, helpful, and not the least bit pushy. He took me for a test drive but I was the passenger! No I didn’t want to drive their Audi on busy Airport-Pulling!! The next day, I brought my husband back to test drive the car. Ruben had interesting things to talk about, giving us info on the car as well as a few anecdotes, which made us comfortable. Especially when we were waiting on paperwork etc. I will say the facility was crowded due to having two lines of autos as well as certified used autos coming and going, busy is good but chaotic. More
