The worst thing is they have 4 dealerships in our beautiful Naples! Beware Naples Audi, VW Naples, Naples Acura, Naples Infiniti. In short- if you have any repair over $250 that you think should be covered under warranty but you’re told otherwise by these “advisors”- get a second opinion! Ideally take it to another dealer so you have a proof! This way the “honest guys” at VW of Naples can’t screw you. Here’s a warning review. Take it or leave it. ZERO stars. This dealership is deceitful. They repeatedly ignored a persistent vehicle problem while it was under warranty, claiming it on other parts (not covered under warranty) that should be replaced first to properly diagnose the issue. Even if their scans and computers were showing the very exact issue covered. The instant the warranty expired, they suddenly identified the major, expensive defect and are now demanding I pay for the repair out-of-pocket. They deliberately waited for the warranty to expire. Avoid this dealership if you want honest service. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the service (or lack thereof) I received from this dealership deserves a public warning. I took a vehicle here, and soon after, began noticing a persistent issue with the newly repaired turbo and exhaust system. I brought the vehicle in multiple times under the manufacturer's warranty, clearly explaining the symptoms and requesting a proper diagnosis and fix. On every single occasion, I was given the runaround: "We couldn't replicate the issue," "It's within normal limits," or a temporary, cheap fix was applied that never addressed the root cause. Many times they insisted on me paying for unrelated repairs out of pocket so they can “diagnose the issue” better. The service manager Mike Williams, seemed more interested in getting me out the door than resolving the defect. It has now become disturbingly clear what their strategy was: stall, obfuscate, and wait out the clock. Sure enough, the warranty officially expired last month, and suddenly, the service department has "miraculously" identified the problem—a major, expensive repair that they now insist I must pay for. This isn't poor service; it's a calculated, deceptive business practice designed to force loyal customers into costly out-of-pocket repairs after the dealership has successfully avoided their legal obligation under the warranty. If you value honesty and reliable service, I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere. This dealership demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, prioritizing their bottom line over customer safety and satisfaction. They waited for my warranty to expire and then sprung the trap.
