I ordered an ID4 through Naples VW although I live in Lehigh Acres. I met Jay R who was very helpful throughout the 6 month process. All of the paperwork had been done and all we had to do was meet with the finance guy (even though we paid cash). He has also followed up to be sure we are not having any issues. More
