The experience was informative, friendly and thorough. It took longer than expected since I was trading in two cars. Delaying it a day would have made it easier and less exhausting. It would have allowed my wife to come in and cosign the title papers and save an extra trip to Collier Tax Collector's office. We will be returning for Tyler to explain the car's features again to both of us. I would suggest allowing more time to complete the process especially if the customer is a senior citizen! I have been very happy doing business with Naples VW for over 15 years, including the servicing of two cars and buying two cars. More

The sales representative was wonderful and exceptional. He met our needs with coming in on his day off so I could get my car. I would use him again. I would rank the Finance manager the lowest … the He met our needs with coming in on his day off so I could get my car. I would use him again. I would rank the Finance manager the lowest … the reason is we had our approval letter in hand from BOA, handed over to him. He immediately tried many times to get us with a local bank. We repeatedly told him we were not interested. All our banking with BOA. He somehow submitted a loan application that didn’t match the one we submitted that caused alert with our bank. Then he never submitted the sales contract over to our bank 10 later back in our state with 800 miles on the new car. He didn’t respond for days with our request to do his part of the paperwork. More
