I have been going to VW of Naples since 2015. The service department is always ready to help. I purchased my 1st car from VW of Naples in 2018 from Jay Roden, it was such a great experience that when I was r department is always ready to help. He got everything set for me so I just had to bring in my trade in to be looked at. All was perfect, but he was busy with another customer so Michael Sarovich stepped in to help.
