Called to inquire about a specific vehicle over the phone since I was not local. Juanpi was the gentleman who answered to help. He and Volkswagen were the best as far as delivering my vehicle from Naples to Fort Lauderdale which I am very grateful for! I took stars off because at a point in conversation he said that someone else was coming to look at the same vehicle and if I didn’t want to lose out then I needed to move forward quickly. Yes it’s possible, but I didn’t believe it on a Monday morning after the weekend had just passed and just came off as a poor sales technique especially when I expressed that I was going to get the vehicle and was just working everything else out. Lastly, I look stars off for Volkswagen because he indicated that if I gave him a review then he would get paid his commission quicker (tacky) but If that’s the case then I feel that reflects poorly on Volkswagen. Overall it was a good experience for doing everything remotely and I am very happy with my vehicle. More
