The experience of finding a car was good. But not very happy. I told them specifically I do *not* want to use VW credit as I previously had problems with my previous car and that credit union. Told them I happy. I told them specifically I do *not* want to use VW credit as I previously had problems with my previous car and that credit union. Told them I want to go thru Chase bank. I was then informed of my rate and that it would be thru chase and we were ready to sign papers. While I am enjoying the car so far, I have come to find out they financed thru VW even though they told me it would be thru Chase. And when I called the finance manager she told me “it was VW or bust”.... sounds like an excuse for a mistake on their end.... not very happy with them at all More

He is a friendly, very professional salesman and made every aspect of the purchase enjoyable. Keith Ahern, the finance officer, clearly explained all of the paperwork involved in the purchased and made sure that I understood the process. We were in for a price on the services our 2008 Passat would need to bring back up to snuff. W to make our car buying experience a very positive one. We were in for a price on the services our 2008 Passat would need to bring back up to snuff. We were comparing that verses upgrading to an Audi as we had been looking at them and talking about a purchase. When we returned to see estimate for repairs our service tech told us that Ruben was waiting to talk to us. Ruben had talked to the Audi manager about all available inventory and there was a car that fit perfect into our parameters, the decision was made we purchased a beautiful car and traded ours in. We are very happy with this purchase. More
