Ten minutes later, as I pulled into the lot,the first person I saw was Luxon waiting for us ... no small measure of devotion. It was over 90 degrees and midday. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the product and for the brand were exceptional. Not pushy but certainly certain in what he was promoting. The entire process -- from arrival to driving away with a new Passat -- took two hours. As odd as it may, it was a delightful experience. VW is fortunate to have Luxon as a sales rep. Some people are natural as sales; he is one. Good show. More
