I purchased an Audi Q5 from Lux, he really knows the features of that vehicle! This was my 4th purchase from VW/Audi of Naples, and I did encounter some business practices that I did not appreciate. The car that I was purchasing had arrived in the US and was going to a different dealer. I was given no information about when the car could be delivered to me. The first request was to give them the trade immediately, which I did not do. The second strange request occurred after we signed the deal and I paid the requested $2500 deposit. They then said they wanted me to pay the balance immediately even though they couldn't tell me when the car would arrive. They gave me a bunch of weak reasons why I should do that, and told me that most of their customers are ok with that. I was surprised to hear that Audi purchasers in Naples were so dumb! A threat to walk solved that problem, but it was an insulting trick. As I said before my fourth purchase from them, all cash deals! Roger H More

Thanks to Marty and Jeff Birr we put a deal together on a beautiful low mileage 2012 VW EOS CPO and drove it home the same day. We could not be happier with our purchase and can't say enough about Marty and his effort to make sure that we knew every detail about our EOS. We have been back to the dealership for a minor paint touch up and I must say Marty was just as enthusiastic about pleasing us as he was when we were purchasing the car. The dealership and it's service department are emaculate and everyone you meet there is friendly and have smiles on their faces. First time we have a positive experience in a dealership! We usually dread to go to dealerships and buy a car. This time, was a complete different experience. First contact was online and when we arrived, we We usually dread to go to dealerships and buy a car. This time, was a complete different experience. First contact was online and when we arrived, we were welcomed very professionally by Michael Schutt. He was able to listen to us and not jump right away with the "Salesman" attitude.
