He ensured he could beat the deal I was getting quoted at kia, even though the tiguan was about 8000 dollars more than the Kia, he was able to match the price and get me the color I wanted. It exceeding my expectations!! I kept saying I don't believe you can get me that price, to prove he could he transferred me to manager who confirmed the incredible deal. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and they worked hard to make the numbers work for me. I luv luv luv my brand new Tigian, which sure beats a kia soul for sale price. We were not the easiest of customers to serve as we came with a little financial baggage along with uncertainty in a vehicle. Being new to Florida we found Joe to be very casual and comfortable to deal with right from the start. We found a common ground to work in and connected easily. Besides Joe is Italian as both of us are, just one more aspect we connected on. I would recommend Joe to anyone looking for either a VW or AUDI without reservation. He is a busy guy and my experience has been that working with busy people provides the best service delivery.
