After leasing a car from a different dealership for 3 years, I traded it in for a new VW Tiguan. The car is awesome; I love it. But the dealership experience was just something else :). I was lucky to me years, I traded it in for a new VW Tiguan. The car is awesome; I love it. But the dealership experience was just something else :). I was lucky to meet Ruben when I walked in the door of VW Naples. He went above and beyond to find the right car for me. He took the time to answer all my questions and actually show me the proposed cars. He explained the differences between the models and was never in a hurry. Conversation was always enjoyable and I never felt like I was being pressured or pushed to accept something unless I was entirely happy. Nik was also committed to meeting my financial needs.
