It was a job I didn't apply for. There was a leak in my truck still under warranty. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to answer any questions. I didn't ask for a loaner although it was left there. Had someone who could have picked up my vehicle but they never answered the phone. It's impossible to speak to anyone. Only time you get anyone to speak to you is if you are buying a vehicle! More

Purchased my last 2020 VW from another dealer in the city but mainly had it serviced here in Oak Lawn where I live. Five years later and I can happily say that this dealer and their service folks have been g but mainly had it serviced here in Oak Lawn where I live. Five years later and I can happily say that this dealer and their service folks have been great. Josh was the person who most recently assisted me and he was phenomenal. Had some warranty work done and a vacuum hose came loose shortly after delivery. He was patient and apologetic but most importantly they got it fixed quick. Thanks again guys. Will get my next VW here. More
