I was pleased with the service provided however I am disappointed that I had to incur a 3% service charge to pay with a credit card. I do not feel comfortable carrying around large sums of money due to disappointed that I had to incur a 3% service charge to pay with a credit card. I do not feel comfortable carrying around large sums of money due to loss or left and having a $1000+ bill from the dealership’s service department occurs very easily. I think the dealership should go back to waived credit card fees. Or maybe I should look for another company More
