VW of Orland Service Dept. I rate it a big zero. I had my 60 mile service check up and I don't think they changed the oil. My oil light came on two days after I had it done. I took it back to them . had my 60 mile service check up and I don't think they changed the oil. My oil light came on two days after I had it done. I took it back to them . They said make an appointment so they could check the oil sensor. I left it with them for two days . They said they found nothing wrong with it. I drove it home and the next day the oil light came on again and it said "change the oil". I took it back AGAIN and they said I would have to make ANOTHER appointment . At this point I took it somewhere else and had the oil changed. That service company said they think the oil was never changed. I went back to VW service dept and complained about it. They again told me that they changed the oil but I doubt it very much. Now, another light came on for windshield washed needed and when I pointed that out and asked wasn't that supposed to be done in the 60,000 mile check up, the service dept said "ONLY IF YOU ASK FOR IT" !! So, I left.........disgusted!!!! I LOVE MY CAR BUT DO NOT LIKE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. More

I’ve received poor service at this VW location the last two oil changes. There were drops of oil on my garage floor following the last two oil changes. Oil was overfilled on one occasion. I had to find my car after service was completed. My car was in the back of the building where customers are not allowed. I had to use my key fob to find my vehicle in the mix of Volkswagens. They took part was in the back of the building where customers are not allowed. I had to use my key fob to find my vehicle in the mix of Volkswagens. They took parts off my battery and did not replace them back on. I told the service department. They denied everything. So now I have to purchase what they took off my vehicle which came on my vehicle when I purchased it. I'm furious! I bring my vehicle to Volkswagen because I bought it from Volkswagen. But I might have to stop and get my car maintenance done elsewhere. More
