He sat there and explained everything to me word by word and how everything was going to work out. He took the time to work with the price on the car with his manager and at the end he got me the price I wanted and the car i wanted.. Overall for my first experiance Robert was a saint and I could not have done this without him.. If anyone goes into VW for a new or used car look for Robert you will not be dissapointed. More

This was my first new car purchase. The Autobarn in Mount Prospect was the first place I went to, based largely on some online reviews and the fact it was close to work. I had no intention of test driving that first night, I just wanted to take a look at the different models. I worked with Chris Krause that first evening. There was no high pressure sales pitch. He listened to what I was saying about what I wanted, made some good suggestions, and answered all my questions. I told him straight up that I was just starting the buying process and had no intention of buying that evening. His enthusiasm for Volkswagen was infectious, though, and I ended up taking a test ride. It was a very relaxed drive. Chris pointed out all the features without being overbearing, and he made certain I understood the shifting features without being condescending. I took a few weeks to check out some other options at other dealers. Chris stayed in touch, without being a pest. When I decided to go with the Jetta, Chris made arrangements to line up a few models in the color I wanted (a last minute change on my part), and did everything he could to ease the buying process. He's a good guy to deal with. More

Had a leaky tire/wheel problem and dropped in without an appointment. John Paul, service advisor, and Bill Dolan, Service Manager accomodated me and got my problem fixed properly and right away. This experience is NOT the exception, but the rule with Bill's service deartment. I am a real pain with my R32 and have been more than pleased with their continued patience and professionalism in maintaining my "baby". Sales may be a once in a few year experience, but service is a constant need. I cannot believe that Bill Dolan and John Paul could take care of my needs any better and their performance has been responsibe for the FIVE GTI's I have personally purchased at the Autobarn of Mt. I had stopped by the dealership for few minutes on my way home from work just looking at a new Passat TDI. Martin greeted me and we starting to browse the inventory to see what was available and the lot was home from work just looking at a new Passat TDI. Martin greeted me and we starting to browse the inventory to see what was available and the lot was full of new car inventory such a large selection to pick from, but of course didn't have the exact car I was looking for in a specific color. Long story short Martin promised me he would get me the exact car and without being pressured by Martin felt great. After I had left next day Martin called me and had found me the exact car I was lookin for and gave me a great deal. I came back with my family on a Sautrday morning and the car was already cleaned up and full tank a of diesel. The whole process didn't take longer than an hour and we love our Passat.
