I was told my oil change would take about an hr to and hr and a half hour. because you guys were somewhat behind. I was never told my car was ready, so i checked after 3 hours and was told my service person and a half hour. because you guys were somewhat behind. Greg, Josh and Ryan are extremely responsive and professional. They do a great job of setting the expectation and clearly explain work being performed and recommended. professional. They do a great job of setting the expectation and clearly explain work being performed and recommended. More
I mean the customer experience I encountered was good, just a little confusing why I had to make an appointment just for it to take an hour and a half, I understand there's a line but that's insane. just a little confusing why I had to make an appointment just for it to take an hour and a half, I understand there's a line but that's insane. Stayed late to get the deal done. Wish the deal was better. But overall folks involved were nice and patient. Wish the deal was better. But overall folks involved were nice and patient. More

Initially took it in for malfunctioning speed sensors. Wouldn't work on it without a $250 scan that take 30 seconds. Asked if they were going to charge me for an hour could they double check their work on Wouldn't work on it without a $250 scan that take 30 seconds. Asked if they were going to charge me for an hour could they double check their work on my brake switch that disabled my cruise control. Nope, thats another hour of 'labor' for a total of $500 for a minute of work. Took it to McMinnville and had the work done, faulty speed sensors wouldnt have logged a code for them to scan anyway and dealership has a history of incompetence in fixing cars under warranty and blaming random things to get out of it. Not about to pay $500 for nothing. Took it in for a malfunctioning windshield wiper. Should have been $350 to replace the whole unit. Got charged $250 for diagnosis, then another $250 to reattach the swing arm to the wiper. Service staff was rude, antagonistic and unhelpful. More
