Tire nearly came off We bought a truck from lithia VW. The sales Dept was great, however, we had them put some runs and tires on it and a short while later we heard a clun We bought a truck from lithia VW. The sales Dept was great, however, we had them put some runs and tires on it and a short while later we heard a clunking noise from the rear tire. Well upon taking of the hub cap one of the lug nuts fell out. Another was nearly off. Of course we had to tighten them all on each tire. Need to get some stronger guys back there in service! More

This time all we needed was a simple battery replacement, but Greg made sure I was updated on all of the needed services for both of my VW's, and quickly blocked out the time to get the 2013's oil changed in the same time as it took to get the battery changed.
