Brought my Golf Alltrack in for periodic maintenance and elected to wait at the dealership until work was done. About 30 minutes into the wait Brandon informed me that the vehicle had an internal oil leak t elected to wait at the dealership until work was done. About 30 minutes into the wait Brandon informed me that the vehicle had an internal oil leak that was covered by warranty, but would take 5-6 hours to complete. He arranged for a rental vehicle (@VWs expense) so I didn’t have to sit around and wait for the day. I thought that was very accommodating and respectful of my time. I was able to return mid-afternoon and pick up my service vehicle. Very positive experience! More

I initially went into the shop for maintenance on my 2017 Jetta and ended up coming out with a far better deal on a new 2019 Jetta SE without breaking my bank. I worked with Kwasi, Jendy, Brandon, and Christopher. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs! From start to finish, these guys made me feel like the most important person in the room. I’m definitely a customer who asks a lot of questions and takes a lot of time before making a decision. These guys did not try to rush me and made sure that I understood all of my options while making the process so easy! It’s very hard to find a good dealership and service team in Charlotte who cares more about making sure that their customers are truly satisfied with their purchases than just trying to make a sale. I will definitely be staying with VW of South Charlotte! More
