If I had to describ Purchased Atlas SEL Premium 4Motion from Volkswagen of South Charlotte but not before test driving CX9, Pilot, Telluride and XC90. If I had to describe the experience with one word I would use "Professional". Was greeted by Sales Manager Kwasi Ansong who promptly directed me to our Salesman Jendy Rodriguez. Jendy exemplified customer service. He took to the time to understand where we were in the buying process (evaluating various makes and models) before making a final decision and respected our overall timeline given holidays, travel schedules, etc. Upon making the decision to move forward with the Atlas the negotiations were hassle free. Jendy and our Sales Manager Matt Hettel were very straight forward and forthcoming with the pricing of the vehicle and we were able to reach a mutual agreement relatively quickly. We elected to finance the vehicle through the dealership and our experience with Andrew Woods, Finance Manager, was smooth and upsell free which was greatly appreciated. Lastly and most importantly, Jendy Rodriguez went above and beyond in explaining the various features of the Atlas to myself and my wife which made the experience ever the more satisfying. I couldn't recommend Volkswagen of South Charlotte and Jendy Rodriguez more highly. More
