After having a 2000 VW Passat for 240K miles serviced at a different VW dealership I can truly appreciate the customer waiting area setup at VW South Charlotte. Whether one needs to get some work done, watch TV or enjoy some goodies from the break room without being in a cramped or noisy environment these things are just icing on the cake backed up by a great professional organization. Clovis Brussi is the best sales specialist I've ever met. Clovis Brussi at VW of South Charlotte was an amazing help with purchasing my new 2018 VW Atlas R-line SEL 4-motion. He is very personable and easy to Clovis Brussi at VW of South Charlotte was an amazing help with purchasing my new 2018 VW Atlas R-line SEL 4-motion. He is very personable and easy to talk too. He treated me with respect and listened to me. I've purchased many vehicles at other dealerships where sales ignored me and talked only to my husband, even though I would be the one buying the car. Clovis is very attentive and did great returning my calls and emails before I even came to the dealership. Once there he walked me through the process. I was looking at an Atlas on the lot and comparing it to ordering one that had all the options I wanted. Clovis was not pushy and allowed me to make my own decision between the vehicle on the lot and the ordered Atlas. Clovis worked closely with his fellow personnel to locate the exact Atlas I wanted. I decided to wait for my Atlas to come in and it didn't take long and Clovis kept me posted during that time. Clovis went above and beyond to get me the exact vehicle I wanted along with helping in the process of getting me the trade in value I wanted for my VW Touareg. My husband and I both said Clovis is the best sales guy we've ever had the pleasure working with. The paperwork process was a breeze. I think it maybe took 15 minutes. We've never experience such a smooth buying process at any other dealership. Any questions I've had after purchasing my Atlas, Clovis is a call, text, or email away where he answers very quickly. I feel great about meeting Clovis and choosing VW of south Charlotte to buy my Atlas. I will for sure tell anyone I know who wants a new VW to go see Clovis. More
