I’ve worked with many dealerships in my lifetime and I must say that this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had. During the process I primarily I worked with Rudolph, but I also spent some time with K must say that this was the most pleasant experience I’ve had. During the process I primarily I worked with Rudolph, but I also spent some time with Kwasi, and Alex. The entire team was great from start to finish. Rudolph was so patient and helpful as we searched for the perfect car (we must have made him run inside to get the keys to 10+ cars one night). He was pleasant to chat with and I truly enjoyed working with him throughout the process. Kwasi came in to the conversation once we found the right car and helped iron out the details. He’s such a great guy and I loved chatting with him about Germany, and his experiences back in Africa. I even managed to work in one of his handmade bracelets as a fun negotiation point! Alex rounded things out in Finance and helped us find the plan that was perfect for our situation. It felt seamless and effortless on our end which definitely can’t be said for other experiences that I’ve had! Overall, I’d rate the team 5/5 for customer service. The great people I met along the way are the exact reason why I’ll continue to buy from them in the future, rather than from online vendors like Vroom or Carvana. More

What could have been an overwhelming experience from a technology standpoint was absolutely perfect.
