I have been with Volkswagen off and on for 21 years and on both coasts. This is my second stint with VW of South Charlotte. I was previously here from 2009-2014. I am really enjoying being back around people I like working with and being able to connect more with my customers as their sales consultant than I was previously able to as a manager.

My experience from start to finish was perfect. Chris was super knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with. His follow up was on point and there was no pressure at all. I was able to negotiate via text and they worked with me. They made it such an easy process. Everyone we dealt with was kind and honest. I wish we could have gotten 2 vehicles.
