So I recently bought a vehicle at VW south Charlotte and I had identified a minor issue during the test drive. We scheduled time with the service dept and they got the vehicle in very quickly. They ended up I had identified a minor issue during the test drive. We scheduled time with the service dept and they got the vehicle in very quickly. They ended up need to use a specialty vendor to resolve the issue so they had to keep the vehicle overnight. They provided a loaner vehicle and the whole process was very easy on my end.
