South Charlotte Volkswagen has taught me a valuable lesson - And that is to never trust them or use their service ever again in the future. I had my car serviced at their dealership for my second servi lesson - And that is to never trust them or use their service ever again in the future. I had my car serviced at their dealership for my second servicing where I had them change my oil and rotate my tires. Shortly after that servicing I started experiences issues with the way my car handled, so I brought it back into the dealership only to be given some unbelievable excuses by one of their Assistnat Service Managers that infuriated me. I had no desire to listen to his excuses any longer, or argue with him, so I left never to return. Shortly after leaving, I then experienced and engine oil low warming.....just a mere 3,000 miles after the oil change at South Charlotte VW. After that second issue, I wrote a letter to a Sales Manager......still waiting on that reply from 4 months ago. And since he didn’t have the common courtesy to follow-up, I emailed the Owner, and like the Sales Manager email, I am still waiting on a response. The one thing that has been consistent with my experience with this dealership is that they lack any sense of customer service, whether that is providing quality work on my car or providing quality care to a customer.....and for that, I will never make the mistake of utilizing their dealership for service or a future purchase. Best of luck to those of you that do use South Charlotte Volkswagen, but If you do and you get burned.....don’t waste your energy addressing the concern with Management. THEY DON’T CARE!!!! More

After speaking on the phone and agreeing on a time to meet for a test Saaid is the man with the VW tattoo. Need I say more? This guy know his VWs! After speaking on the phone and agreeing on a time to meet for a test drive, I packed my family in the car and drove two and a half hours to the dealership. Saaid had the car ready to go. He knew every feature and detail about the car along with info about Volkswagen I never knew. I learned a ton hanging out with him for those couple of hours. This car was certified pre owned which gave me a lot of confidence in its condition. The car appeared to be in perfect condition and the detailers need a shout out for their amazing work on this car. It was super clean, like museum quality! The dealership is also clean and you can tell they put the customer first. Everything is setup to provide the customer a nice experience including the snacks and drinks. The payment process was smooth and faster than past experiences. Chris, in Finance, met with us and our quick meeting with him was good and there was no pressure on the options we had to choose from. Once the car was paid for I went outside to find a big green bow on the hood of the car, a full tank of gas, and it was picture time! I felt like I had won a car on a game show haha. Point is, these guys go the extra mile to make the buying experience a fun and easy experience which is a big deal to me especially with my wife and kid being with me. I will be 100% working with Saaid the next time we need a new car. Thanks Saaid, you are the man! More
