2013 Jetta Hybrid, I had shopped around other dealerships before I visited Atlantic VW, I came in knowing what I was looking for and thankfully they gave me the right salesperson who knew the car inside and before I visited Atlantic VW, I came in knowing what I was looking for and thankfully they gave me the right salesperson who knew the car inside and out and was able to answer all my questions. Dennis was a major reason why I purchased the car at Atlantic, I like a salesperson who is knowledgeable and one that doesn't pressure you into buying by allowing you to formulate your own decision. He went over the in's and out's of the car after the purchase, and even went on a test drive after the purchase to make sure I knew everything about the car before I took it home. Everyone else that I dealt with, the manager, finance women Cathy, and service center was extremely helpful and nice to deal with. Brought my 2008 Touareg in for service. I needed tires, 40k service and a ton of minor maintenance needs. Atlantic VW could not have been any easier, nicer or fairly priced. I bought a 2009 VW Jetta about a year ago from Atlantic VW. I was given a monthly payment once they crunched all the numbers and I was fine with it, about $250 a month. After all the paperwork was done and my old car was pretty much stripped from my personal belongings waiting in the parking lot, I went in and the sales person Kathy told me that the monthly payments were going to be $130 more than what originally was said, roughly $380 a month. She told me that I could easily come back after a few months have passed and talk to her about getting my monthly payments down, she said "If I bite the bullet for a few months, I would be able to get my monthly payments down." I believed her and went and signed the paperwork, gave my deposit, set up automatic pay and pretty much waited 7-8 months after the car was purchased. A few months ago I called and was sent to her voice mail which I explained my situation in the voicemail and asked to please call me back and properly direct me to where or what I needed to do to get my monthly payments down. A few days passed and I didn't hear from her, I called the Atlantic VW phone number and was sent to her voice mail again, I left similar voice mail explaining my situation but a few weeks went by and nothing. This was by christmas time by the way. A few weeks passed and I called again and was transferred to her but she didn't pick up, so I left a message with the receptionist and asked her to please call me back whenever she can to either guide me or tell me what I need to do to get my monthly payments down. More time went by and nothing.....it's like I never called....it's like I never left a voice message and it's like I never bought a car from Atlantic VW. It's so funny how a person acts to get the sale, but once they get it, they pretty much ignore everyone who's not bringing in money to their pockets... I recommended my brother to buy his Tiguan there and he did... but after this... I WOULD never recommend anyone to buy from Atlantic VW... I had bought a car from the VW in Sayville and they were great!! a few years back and thinking about it I would rather drive an extra 30 mins to get the customer service me as a customer deserve. I would just like to inform you, whoever is reading this, that even if Atlantic VW doesn't operate the financing on any car, I would at least expect a phone call from there guiding me on what I need to do to get my monthly payments down... Really disappointed and dissatisfied with the treatment I've been getting. More

James was great, trade value was fair, 0% financing and a few hundred under dealer invoice. They put my winter rims on and installed my mud flaps. 2 hrs later off I went.
