I was overcharged what my contractual obligations were on my lease buyout and now need to pursue damages through various consumer protection agencies. I had very bad experiences with another 2 Volvo dealers, but when I went to Volvo Cars Annapolis, since we got there, everybody was very helpful and professional, not like the other 2 dealers; I really appr but when I went to Volvo Cars Annapolis, since we got there, everybody was very helpful and professional, not like the other 2 dealers; I really appreciate the attention and the professionality of the sales department and the financial department, they really were there to help not to try to get as much money as they can for expenses that we do not really need. 5 stars for Volvo Cars of Annapolis.
