Great Service for a Unique Situation! We have owned 9 Volvos, four of which were purchased at Annapolis Volvo. Recently, when replacing tires on the C70 (for the 1st time), I learned tha We have owned 9 Volvos, four of which were purchased at Annapolis Volvo. Recently, when replacing tires on the C70 (for the 1st time), I learned that there were locks on the wheels and I had no key! I called Annapolis Service dept. and they were gracious to receive me to remove the locks with a master key on the same day. However, the wheel nuts I purchased were not matching with the original wheel nuts. After some research I finally connected with ALAN HANNON, Used Car Manager at Annapolis Volvo. He is very knowledgeable about esoteric car details and was able to provide replacement wheel nuts that matched the originals. He did not have to do this and he went out of his way to make a customer (me) happy. I have seen recent personnel changes at Annapolis, particularly in the Service dept., and I am now getting a renewed good vibe about the dealership and its new direction. Alan Hannon was a complete joy during one of the toughest times in my life. My sister was terminally ill and passed during the time of my lease buyout process and Alan stepped in to assist me with the proces times in my life.
