Oil changes are overpriced and take way longer than they should even with an appointment. When I asked why prices changed, the answer given was that it's "because Jiffy Lube started charging more." Associate I dealt with paid little to no attention to detail when dealing with my contact information. Because of this, they left me in the dark about what’s going on with my car.
