Was looking to replace my daughter's Toyota RAV4. My daughter test drove and had wanted the Jaguar E-Pace. However, after 3 weeks of back and forth with Jaguar Sales, my daughter had such a detrimental daughter test drove and had wanted the Jaguar E-Pace. They had a certain vehicle I had been searching for i Great experience!! I Purchased a used vehicle from Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia through Richard. They had a certain vehicle I had been searching for in my price range and they had the best price for this vehicle within a 400 mile radius. I am a resident in East TN with a very busy schedule, so I wasn't going to have the option to go see and drive the vehicle in person. Needless to say, I was a little nervous about this process. However, Richard provided very detailed information about the history and condition of the vehicle as well as extra photos. They gave me a good deal on the car as well as the shipping option. So the process of doing this was flawless. After I accepted the deal, I put down a deposit to secure the vehicle and the paperwork was sent overnight and in my hands the next day which was a Thursday. I completed the paperwork, included a certified check, and mailed back to the dealership on Friday. They received the package on Monday, the vehicle was picked up for delivery that same evening and was at my house by 7:30 Tuesday morning. So the lead time from deal to delivery was less than a week! The car was just as described, actually better than described and I couldn't be more happy with this transaction. I highly recommend Richard to handle your car needs as well as Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia for a good Quality vehicle! More
