We just made our second purchase from this dealership and couldn’t be happier with our experience. We live in Columbus so the drive up is about 2 hours. With 2 young kids, I dreaded having to bring them alon couldn’t be happier with our experience. We live in Columbus so the drive up is about 2 hours. With 2 young kids, I dreaded having to bring them along so we wanted to start the process and do as much virtually. Johnny, our salesman, was AWESOME!! He was so responsive via email, text and phone. He FaceTimed with us to show us the XC90s we were interested in from the website. This helped us narrow things down so we’d have less to look at in person with two kids, a 3 year old and 2 month old, in tow. We were also able to work out a lot of the trade in details ahead of time too. This saved us so much time and frustration from having to have the kids with us. Once we made the drive up, we were greeted at the door and Johnny had a stuffed Jim Ellis lion for our 3 year old. We were told to make ourselves at home and were offered snacks and drinks which thrilled the 3 year old. My husband did the majority of finishing up the purchase while I kept the kids occupied. We have a very chatty 3 year old that loved talking to Johnny any chance she got and he was so great with her. Never made it seem like he was inconvenienced or bothered by her even when he had tasks on his plate and even engaged in conversation with her so I could focus on the baby from time to time. I had the expectation that the experience would be terrible only on the account of the kids being there but was extremely happy and grateful at the top notch treatment my family received. We definitely got what we came for, a beautiful XC90, and then some. We definitely will be back when we are ready to purchase our next Volvo as this dealership is the best that we’ve dealt with in Georgia. Kudos to Johnny and everyone else we interacted with!
