Overall good I purchased a certified pre owned Volvo from this dealer, the name of my sales person was Justin, I had a very good experience with him he answered al I purchased a certified pre owned Volvo from this dealer, the name of my sales person was Justin, I had a very good experience with him he answered all my question in a timely fashion and he was very professional in the whole transaction. The reason why I am only giving 3 stars is that I feel that the finance manager wanted to take advantage of me and give me a loan with a higher interest rate when I clearly stated I want to finance with the lowest possible interest rate. I financed with Volvo for 1.99% and the finance manager wanted me to go with a different lender for 3.99%. The second reason for this 3 star rating is that the vehicle was dirty on the outside when I picked it up, sticker residue on the windows and dirty alloy wheels. More
