However, looked at replacement parts on the web and while I could save substantially on an aftermarket part, I prefer Volvo OE replacements which price quoted was competitive with the Web. When I advised service adviser of my plan, he was willing to negotiate a reduction, offering `10%. I countered at 20% which service manager accepted. I am retired so the discount was appreciated and service authorized. More
