After suffering through an horrendous auto accident, I assumed the worst was over. Much to my chagrin and dismay, there was more suffering on my horizon. I'm referring, of course, to speaking with countless salespeople wanting to sell me a replacement vehicle. I was harangued with phone calls, emails and texts designed to convince me they had my best interests at heart which only could be attended to by them. If I asked the price of a vehicle, there was endless diatribe without an answer for the question I asked. Quickly becoming a candidate for Bedlam, I chanced upon the most amazing solution to my problem, a car dealership who practiced what they preached. Having made numerous automobile purchases over the years, I was totally amazed when I arrived. The dealership is Jim Ellis Volvo in Buford. The salesmen, Louis Dymant and Justin Barnes were knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. They listened to me to discern what I wanted. They were intelligent and low key and helped me rather than trying to sell me. I have never been treated so wonderfully and would never consider going anywhere else. It was a great experience and I left with a wonderful car. If someone is interested in a new vehicle purchase or lease, consider a visit to Jim Ellis. You will be shown respect and courtesy and as a valued customer. All the dealerships should go to training at Jim Ellis to see an example of how people wish to be treated, they'd sell a lot more cars! I found the Service Advisor, Michael Kelly to be very helpful. He was very professional and when there was a problem with the diagnosis he got the shop foreman involved , together they worked out the pr helpful. In speaking with Tim, Tim reassured me that my next lease would/should still be in the parameters I told him originally. I learned from Tim that the color of my existing car was eliminated. However, Tim advised me about a new color (green/gray) that has now been added to the line up and when I went home I looked on your web page and did in fact like that color. Perhaps that will be my next car and color a year from now when my lease is up. More
