From time we entered until on the road was two hours (we had to get the kids from school). Zach Miller-Hogg was very helpful and followed up with us after we left to see if we needed anything. Only issue was one set of keys needed a battery after we got home (should probably add this to the certified checklist), but Zach helped sort it out and it was an easy fix with You-tube and a watch battery. I would recommend this dealer to a friend. More
