We've purchased 9 vehicles over the last decade, and my XC90 is by far my favorite experience. We were not ready to purchase upon our first visit, and David stayed in contact without pestering. He was incredibly patient, respectful, and upfront, qualities that can be rare in the car business. I've also shared my experience working with David with "The Car Mom" network, a place where women and moms specifically search out women friendly sales people. Alexis was amazing to work with as well. She laid all of the "extras" on the table without being pushy and tailored a wonderful finance option for us. Even though there are closer Volvo dealerships to us, I plan to make the drive to Buford for our next one. More

All was good except: - had a couple of strange look/responses from Ashley when we started talking price for trade in. Almost like she was “put off”. After sale was completed she threw a low ball number at my trade in and mentioned “be glad what we gave you on trade in, because it came up less”. No point in insulting me after the sale. I’ve been in sale over 20 years…you don’t respond like this. - time from deal being done to out the door was miserable. We struck deal in less than half hour, and it was another 1-1-1/2 hr before we left. We had not eaten lunch and could have went across street had we known it would take this long. - I did like that we had first priority over vehicle with our appointment over a walk in couple that was looking at it. - I asked to see in writing the early pay off provisions, and finance manager could not provide and gave awkward response.
