We live pretty far from their dealership, so be worked with another Jim Ellis facility much much closer to me to have the tires replaced. Literally went above and beyond to make things right. I was an out-of-town purchaser the sales person was excellent and cater to my needs but buying a certified preowned vehicle and needing some small things to be repaired that was not taken care of befor excellent and cater to my needs but buying a certified preowned vehicle and needing some small things to be repaired that was not taken care of before delivery is kind of disappointing.. I have spoken with someone in the management team and they are taking care of these small issues but my time is valuable and I have to find some time to get the car to the dealership to order the parts and again to the dealership to have the repairs done..
