What a "Great" Customer experience that was worth the ride. After having a bad experience at their Volvo sister location, I decided to try a different location. I received a web response from my inquiry from Justin Barnes who said he had just the Volvo I was looking for so we setup an appointment. Upon arriving, wow, what a night and day difference in dealership and professionalism. Felt like I got the red carpet treatment. Justin was fantastic in communicating my concerns about the CPO, they rechecked it and any we owes was taking care before I left. Justin was patient, understanding and willing to close the deal and he did. Also hats off to Denton Gupton and Greg Trask as team work made my dream work. One week later and I am still smiling. After a horrible experience with an unnamed dealer that sells cars from a vending machine I searched the internet for the best dealers selling used Volvos. She was sympathetic to my situation, professional and worked hard to put me in the best car possible. Instead of getting a 2019 XC40 with 16K miles from the guy with the car vending machine and no customer service, Ashley was able to put me in a brand new 2021 with no miles for less money. Go figure. Finding Ashley and Jim Ellis’s dealership at auto mall of Georgia was the best thing that ever happened! Don’t waste your time dealing with impersonal dealers or waiting on hold for someone to answer your call for over an hour.
