A 5 star experience with a 5 star company! Car buying has never been so seamless and enjoyable as it was with Volvo Cars Mall of Georgia. I found the car I wanted on their website (maybe it was Autotrader) on Thursday, applied for financing immediately, went to the doctor, returned to my phone to find several messages about my offer, verbally accepted the terms, and had the car delivered to my home the next day. I live almost an hour away so it would have been a hassle to get to the dealership and my baby was sick. My perfect Volvo was delivered (it exceeded my expectations) with a tank full of gas by a lovely duo. Everything was taken car of. I’m blown away by how pain free it was. They literally did everything (to the highest of standards) while I went along with my regular scheduled day. I loathe buying used cars because it usually includes hours on a car lot. I will probably never go back to the old way now that I’ve experienced such top notch service. I can’t recommend Volvo Cars of Mall of Georgia enough! More
