I recently had my car serviced, and I was incredibly impressed. The service advisor, Kristina Parsons, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Much to my surprise, I had a fantastic experience at the Volvo dealership in Edmond. At the top of my list was my sales lady, Debbie Hite-Stewart who was knowledgeable, very relational, accommodating, an excellent listener and stayed in contact with me without making herself a pest. When the car I wanted to buy was sold before I could make a commitment, she was resourceful finding me another Volvo that I ended up liking better. Besides Debbie, I also interacted with her boss and with the finance people and everyone was accommodating and never pushy. This was by far, the most pleasant experience I have ever had buying a car not to mention that it is my first Volvo and probably the first car I have ever bought that I am genuinely excited about.
