Robert Munoz and his staff were excellent. Kind, smart, and efficient. They cared about me as a customer. In today’s world, service matters - and our cars are our every day concern. Robert and his staff just made it easier for me to trust the job. Interesting. A mechanic walked in to talk with Robert. He had done an entire job and was given the wrong filter. He told Robert he had to start over. Take it apart. But. He had a smile. He understood that this was his job / no matter the wrong filter. He cared about getting it right. I was impressed that this mechanic is part of the Volvo staff. So thank you for my day! More
