People were very nice, but the process of getting the lease was awful/painful. Dealing with basic issues same. David my salesman was a lovely human and super nice but did not seem in anyway empowered to lease was awful/painful. Dealing with basic issues same. Also car was delivered with the phone charger not functioning, and low washer fluid light on despite the fact that car had 12 miles on it. Seems like “out the door” processes missing or inadequate. Lease was unable to be sent, and david had to return to dealership to get it. More
