He told Robert he had to start over. Take it apart. But. He had a smile. He understood that this was his job / no matter the wrong filter. He cared about getting it right. I was impressed that this mechanic is part of the Volvo staff. So thank you for my day! More

It was so easy and wonderful to work with the Volvo team on servicing our vehicle. They picked it up at our home, and brought it back clean and all ready to go, completing the maintenance and caring for the on servicing our vehicle. I really appreciated the valet service and will definitely take advantage of it again in the future.
