He creates a relaxed yet professional buying experience from start to finish. He also takes care of his customers "after the sale", assisting his customers when they have other issues arise at the dealership (on at least one occasion I had a very frustrating experience with the service department, but Neal got involved and handled it well to my satisfaction). I must also do a "shout out" to his knowledge of Volvo's Overseas Delivery Program - which I highly recommend! More
