Excellent Service We needed to buy a pre-owned second car for our family. After many bad experiences with independent dealershios we finally decided to go to Herb Gordon Volvo and check out their inventory. Brady Crosby was our sales rep. He was super kind and patient with us throughout the whole process. Even though we went through all the paperwork for one car and decided last minute it wasn’t he right car! I thought they all wanted to kill us but no, they said to come next morning and come look at more cars in their inventory. So thats what we did, and the service continued to be the same quality regardless. No rudeness, and no pressure. We found what we wanted at the right price and conditions and the decision was easy to make in the end. We left there with no buyers remorse! That’s good! Brady our sales rep, Diego the finance manager and everybody at the dealership, gave us a zero drama experience and were so patient and kind with us. They answered all of our questions. Did I mention we have a toddler running around the dealership at all times? Yeah... customer service is excellent here, even though you are not in there for a new car, they treat you like you were.
