I cannot believe this has 4. 96 reviews because what I have been experienced was not 4.9. Experience from making appointment to getting the service done, nothing was satisfied and 96 reviews because what I have been experienced was not 4.9. Experience from making appointment to getting the service done, nothing was satisfied and it drove us to find a new dealer and the experience at this new location is much better. I highly do not recommend this place. When we called to make an appointment several times, it took more than 20 minutes for getting someone on the line. Also, one time, we had to get our new key set up, and they told us that only am in Monday is available and not provide us alternative option. Every time we called for service, we did not feel welcomed but be treated as valued customers. This does not only apply for service department but also sales department. We visited there twice for sales purpose, and both experience were not great. More

The service team promptly diagnosed the problem, explained the likely root cause and how it would be fixed, and mainta issue we had with our vehicle. Great experience with this service department, which is about 20 minutes from my house. I called with an SOS message, and was fitted in the next morning at 7.30am. Tanner greeted me and was extremely polite, knowledgable and helpful. My car was fixed and beautifully washed (and I do mean beautifully -- not skimping anything, the windows were spotless not just the body), and he explained one outstanding issue and his proposed course of action which was fine with me. The waiting room is clean and quiet -- the coffee machine is easy to operate and the wifi is fast. Our other cars are Audi and Lexus. I have never had any issues with Lexus service, it's great, same as Volvo. However, the Audi service is such that I'm trying to persuade my husband to switch. For us, having a reliable and nice service department is a huge part of buying a car, especially quite a complicated one like an XC60 hybrid. This place is great! Highly recommend it, and Tanner (and also the guy I spoke to last night who got me in first thing!) Communication is excellent. They text you when you first arrive so you can keep updated by text. I really like that. More
