Great experience with this service department, which is about 20 minutes from my house. I called with an SOS message, and was fitted in the next morning at 7.30am. Tanner greeted me and was extremely polite, knowledgable and helpful. My car was fixed and beautifully washed (and I do mean beautifully -- not skimping anything, the windows were spotless not just the body), and he explained one outstanding issue and his proposed course of action which was fine with me. The waiting room is clean and quiet -- the coffee machine is easy to operate and the wifi is fast. Our other cars are Audi and Lexus. I have never had any issues with Lexus service, it's great, same as Volvo. However, the Audi service is such that I'm trying to persuade my husband to switch. For us, having a reliable and nice service department is a huge part of buying a car, especially quite a complicated one like an XC60 hybrid. This place is great! Highly recommend it, and Tanner (and also the guy I spoke to last night who got me in first thing!) Communication is excellent. They text you when you first arrive so you can keep updated by text. I really like that. More
