Jose Espejo has been our Service Advisor for several years. He is always very professional, kind and knowledgable. He goes above and beyond! He is a valuable asset to the company! Joe Devlin, the Ser years. He is always very professional, kind and knowledgable. He goes above and beyond! He is a valuable asset to the company! Joe Devlin, the Service Manager has been just as wonderful! He goes out of his way every time we are there to ensure that we are happy and getting great service. He will stop what he is doing to answer our questions. Another valuable asset to the Dealership! Tanner is awesome. We have been taking our Volvos to Silver Spring Volvo since 2006. We have always had a good experience with the staff, but of all the representative We have been taking our Volvos to Silver Spring Volvo since 2006. We have always had a good experience with the staff, but of all the representatives we have worked with, Tanner is the best! Very knowledgeable about the Volvo models. He has never tried to upsell or pressure any decision making (none of the staff have ever been pushy I might add). Highly recommend having him as your service representative. More
