WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR VOLVO FROM. I bought a Volvo from this dealer in July of 2023 and in November of 2023 someone crashed into us making it a total loss. I was told by the insurance to cancel the extended warranty to get the money back. I called the dealer and they said the warranty was NON CANCELABLE. No where in the contract does it state anything about a total loss or anything. They would ONLY move it into another car IF WE PURCHASED another vehicle from them. They had nothing in our price range as we still had another loan from the accident and insurance had not paid off our last car YET. I went to explain this to the manger that we bought another vehicle that was in our price range and he was walking away as I explained everything to him. He was so rude and disrespectful!! Stated that it was not his problem. I would NEVER consider buying another car from this place ever again!!! They are only nice and respectful when you are purchasing a vehicle from them More

I have to say that I am very disappointed in Volvo of Winston Salem. They seem to not want a customer to return to for service or to purchase another car. They require an appointment for sales and they a Winston Salem. They seem to not want a customer to return to for service or to purchase another car. They require an appointment for sales and they aren't very accommodating to the working population. Now the service department is closed on Saturdays. That means those of us who work are not able to conveniently take advantage of their free lifetime oil changes, tire rotation, car washes and state inspections. I'm very disappointed with the ownership. Buyer beware. They used to be a great dealership, but it doesn't look good for the future. More

My Wife and I purchased a used vehicle nearly 4 months ago and have yet to receive the title. The dealership never said anything about there being an issue with the title. He told me to "take my place, to get in line and wait, and to get used to it." I can't believe someone would treat a customer like this.
