I always have all my scheduled services performed at Volvo of Marietta. Having a valet greet me when I drive in is a nice touch and this is the first time I remember having this available to me. My car was returned very clean inside and out! My only complaint is not having a quiet area in the waiting room, where I could sit at a desk and get my work done. The TV is always turned on (loudly) to some trashy soap opera or talk show. The chairs are not conducive to working on my laptop and there aren’t enough electric outlets. And obviously I can’t make any business calls in that environment, although it never stops other customers from making too loud personal calls on their cell phones, without regard for others. I realize that space is small, but please consider a solution to helping your loyal customers who must wait for their cars, but still need to conduct business during those few hours. It could entice me into buying a new Volvo in the near future! Thank you More

Redemption 3 hours for an oil change (20 min of that due to an employee huddle). The wait was not worth it. Will not be back for oil changes. Ken Neff’s customer service was TERRIBLE. The dealership used to be my favorite never had a Bad experience. This experience was a nightmare.
